Don’t forget to let DERP know about your life changes. The beneficiary changes you make in Workday do not flow through to DERP. So, it’s important to log in to your MyDERP.org account and review and, if necessary, update your primary beneficiary to ensure any benefits payable upon your death are paid as you desire. You can also designate a contingent beneficiary in the event you and your primary beneficiary pass away at the same time.
