Retirement Board Bylaws and Code of Ethics

The Retirement Board’s role is to ensure the Denver Employees Retirement Plan is appropriately governed and managed. The Retirement Board’s Bylaws and Code of Ethics govern the operation of the DERP Retirement Pension Plan.
