One-on-One Member Support

DERP offers one-on-one member counseling designed to answer your specific questions and help you understand your benefits at any stage of your career. There are a variety of ways to receive One-on-One Member Support, and you’ll just need to decide which option works best for you.

One-on-One Counseling

For your convenience, we travel to city facilities throughout the year and hold 30-minute, one-on-one counseling meetings for members wanting more information about their DERP Pension Benefit. When you sign up for a one-on-one counseling meeting, you can specify the topics you want to discuss, and we will be prepared. Watch for the one-on-one counseling opportunities in the Denver Employee Bulletin.

Office, Phone, or Virtual Counseling Appointments

If you can’t make it to a one-on-one counseling appointment or want to schedule something longer than 30 minutes, we offer office, phone, or virtual appointments.

Email Help@DERP.org, log in to your MyDERP.org account and click the Counseling Appointments button, or call our office at (303) 839-5419 to request an appointment.

Email or Phone

If you don’t want to make an appointment but have questions, send us an email or give us a call.
