The DERP office will open on an appointment only basis for in-person retirement counseling on Monday, July 19 from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The safety of our members is our highest priority and we have many protocols in place to protect our members and staff. For now, our office will remain locked and walk- in appointments will not be offered.
We’ll continue to offer virtual and phone meetings for the following services:
- direct deposit, taxes, address changes
- insurance changes
- income verification letters
