You can request an appointment through your MyDERP.org account. Log in to your MyDERP.org account and select the Counseling Appointments button.
Did you forget your DERP ID or are you locked out of your MyDERP.org account?
Give us a call Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (303) 829-5419. We’ll ask a few questions to verify we’re talking to you before we give you your DERP ID and/or unlock your account.
To protect your account, we will not give you your DERP ID through an email if you’ve already created your account.
