We’re Looking for a Marketing And Communications Specialist Who Sees Content Through The Eyes of the People Using It.
In this role, you’ll help create a positive digital experience for members when they use their MyDERP.org account. Through clear, user-friendly content and a focus on continuous improvement you’ll help members navigate their accounts with confidence, complete tasks successfully, and better understand their retirement benefits.
You’ll look beyond “the way we’ve always done it” to identify opportunities to improve content, processes, and digital interactions. Whether you’re simplifying a complicated process, rewriting content to make it easier to understand, or recommending ways to improve usability, you’ll play an important role in helping us create a better experience for our members.
We’re looking for someone who combines curiosity, creativity, and strong communication skills with a desire to continually improve how information is presented and delivered.

Position Salary Range – $98,347-162,274
Starting Pay – Starting pay is generally expected to fall within the lower half of the position salary range and will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
