We’re looking for a finance director who combines financial expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to guide our financial operations and support informed decision-making.
In this role, you’ll provide strategic financial guidance to the executive director and leadership team while overseeing the financial functions that support DERP’s long-term success. You’ll lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
You’ll look beyond the numbers to understand what the data means, identify opportunities to improve processes, and provide insights that help guide decisions. Whether you’re analyzing financial trends, strengthening internal controls, partnering with external experts, or supporting your team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the trust and confidence of those who rely on DERP.

Position Salary Range – $145,000-$245,000
Starting Pay – Starting pay is generally expected to fall within the lower half of the position salary range and will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
