We are open on an appointment only basis for in-person retirement counseling sessions Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The safety of our members is our highest priority and we have protocols in place to protect members and staff. Masks are required.
For now, our office will remain locked and walk-in appointments are not offered. We will continue to offer virtual and phone meetings for the following services:
- direct deposit, taxes, address changes
- insurance changes
- income verification letters
