Multi-Factor Authentication
Beginning Monday, January 13, 2025, DERP members must use a multi-factor authentication (MFA) process to access their MyDERP.org accounts.
MyDERP.org will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance on Saturday, January 11 and Sunday, January 12, 2025.
What is MFA?
MFA is a security feature that requires you to verify your identity in multiple ways before accessing your MyDERP.org account.
Am I required to use MFA?
Yes. Starting January 13, 2025, you must use MFA to access your MyDERP.org account. This added layer of security makes it more difficult for unauthorized users to gain access, even if they have your password.
How do I log in to MyDERP.org with MFA?
If you already have a MyDERP.org account, follow these MFA setup instructions. You’ll need to know your username and password. If you don’t know your username, click here. If you’ve forgotten your password, click here.
