Multi-Factor Authentication

Beginning December 9, 2024, DERP members must use a multi-factor authentication (MFA) process to access their MyDERP.org accounts.

What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
Multi-factor authentication, or MFA, is a security feature that requires users to verify their identity in multiple ways to access their accounts.

Why are we requiring member to use multi-factor authentication?
This additional layer of security makes it difficult for unauthorized users to sign in, even with a stolen password.

More information and sources coming soon.
Leading up to the December 9, 2024 rollout, we’ll post helpful resources and links to help you authenticate your MyDERP.org account conveniently and safely.
