Give us a call at (303) 839-5419, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. We’ll ask a few questions to verify we’re talking to you before we’ll give you your DERP and/or unlock your account.
To protect your account we will not give you your DERP ID through an email.
Do you want to meet with a membership services representative?
You can request an appointment through your MyDERP.org account.
Log in to your MyDERP.org account and select the Counseling Appointment button.
Do you need to print a form or view a guide?
Hover over Resources on the toolbar and select Forms or Publications from the dropdown menu.
